The large gray terminal block now connects the black wire on the heater power cord to the H1 position. A separate gray terminal block is used to connect the white (neutral) wire from the heater
• How to Detect: How do you know if your relay board needs to be replaced? ①Turn the temp up and make sure the heater led is on. ②Check the voltage going to the heater at H1 and H2.If no volts are going to the heater then the relay board needs to be replaced. ③D9 light of 77119 flashing red is also an automatic failure of the heater board.④If the front or back of the heater board is burnt,you need to replace it
• Easy to Istall: It's easy to install the heater relay board.①Clear all wires from relay board. ②Unscrew and remove the cover support. ③Disconnect three power wires from board. ④Remove the protective plate and the old relay board. ⑤Install the new board includs power jumper. ⑥Completing the Installation. Notes: In older control boxes, you may find that there is a chip on the right side of the new heater relay board that prevents the metal guard from being properly seated.To correct this problem, cut off a small section of the metal guard so that it can be bent up and away from the chip
