How do you know if your relay board needs to be replaced? ①Turn the temp up and make sure the heater led is on. ②Check the voltage going to the heater at H1 and H2.If no volts are going to the heater then the relay board needs to be replaced. ③D9 light of 77119 flashing red is also an automatic failure of the heater board. It's easy to install the heater relay board. ①Clear all wires from relay board. ②Unscrew and remove the cover support. ③Disconnect three power wires from board. ④Remove the protective plate and the old relay board. ⑤Install the new board includs power jumper. ⑥Completing the Installation.
