Each kit arrives fully assembled and includes the biodegradable urn, water-soluble ashes bag, dried flower petals, ceremony guide, and certificate access card. This Large Adult urn holds approximately 6 lbs of cremated remains. Capacity requirements may vary depending on ash density. If unsure, selecting one size larger provides additional flexibility. Designed for water and ground burial ceremonies, the urn typically floats for approximately 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on environmental conditions, before beginning its natural dissolution process. The urn is made from premium eco-casting biodegradable material, not paper. It is intentionally not hermetically sealed so water can enter naturally and begin the biodegradation process. For cruise or ocean scattering ceremonies, the included QR card provides access to the biodegradability certificate commonly requested by cruise lines. Requirements vary by cruise provider, so please confirm specific guidelines before travel. Water Burial Instructions: 1. Place the cremated remains inside the water-soluble ashes bag. 2. Seal the bag and place it inside the urn. 3. Gently place the urn on calm or lightly moving water. 4. The urn typically floats for approximately 30 seconds to 2 minutes. 5. The natural dissolution process then begins. Important: This urn is intentionally designed for natural biodegradation and is not hermetically sealed.
