DAYUAN Pneumatic CV Joint Boot Expander Tool

This pneumatic CV joint boot spreader is designed specifically for rubber CV and steering boots, not for plastic (PVC) boots. It is suitable for universal and original vehicle CV joint boots with a diameter ranging from 20 to 115 mm. The tool requires no assembly or dismantling and features a body threaded to accept a 1/4 inch BSP connector. Lubricate the boot and place it over the expander fingers, then activate the air valve to expand and place over the joint. Maximum safe operating pressure is 110 psi; a regulator should be fitted if pressure exceeds this.
