Description
Protect your home from water damage with the Moen Flo 900-002 Smart Water Monitor & Automatic Shutoff. Designed for installation on a home's main water line, this smart device continuously monitors water flow, pressure, and temperature to help identify leaks before they become costly problems. When abnormal activity is detected, the system can send app alerts and automatically shut off water to help reduce potential damage. Powered by FloSense™ technology, the device learns your home's unique water usage patterns using machine learning. It can identify issues such as running water, small leaks, high pressure conditions, and other unusual activity while providing real-time monitoring through the Moen Smart Water App. Users can monitor, manage, and shut off water remotely from almost anywhere. Important Fit Information: This model is designed for 1-1/4-inch plumbing systems and is compatible with homes using main water lines 1-1/2 inches or smaller. The device measures approximately 7.7 inches long, 7.0 inches high, and 3.4 inches wide. Customers should verify available installation space and pipe size compatibility before purchase. The package includes the 1-1/4-inch Flo Shutoff unit, brass tailpieces, AC adapter with a 10-foot cable, spare O-rings, installation spacer, and installation hardware. Because the device installs directly on the home's main water supply line, professional installation is recommended.
