Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff

Bring smart plumbing to your home with the Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff. This smart home water security system provides 24/7 protection by monitoring for water leaks and other vulnerabilities. Installed on the main water supply line, it allows you to see live water use through the Moen Smart Water Network App. If an issue is detected, like high pressure or freezing water, a sensor alarm will alert you. In case of catastrophic failure, you can shut off water remotely, or the device can be set to automatically shut off. The app is free with no subscriptions. If Wi-Fi is lost, the device continues to protect the home locally. Professional installation is recommended.
