Retrospec Solana Yoga Mat 1" Thick Sage

Meet the Retrospec Solana Yoga Mat, a 1 inch thick exercise mat built to make every floor workout more comfortable. Whether you are flowing through yoga sequences, holding Pilates positions, working through a stretching routine, or doing bodyweight exercises at home, Solana's high-density NBR foam cushions pressure points like your knees, hips, spine, and elbows so you can spend more time moving and less time adjusting. The spacious 72x24 inch surface gives you room to spread out, and the ribbed, slip-resistant texture helps you stay grounded through every transition and hold. Solana is made without BPA, phthalates, heavy metals, or latex, so you can feel good about the materials under your hands and feet. When you are done, just wipe it down with a light mix of soap and water and hang to dry. A nylon carrying strap is included so you can roll it up and bring it along to the studio, the gym, or outside.
