Description
Vinegar Syndrome presents the UHD debut of THE POSSESSION OF JOEL DELANEY, freshly restored in 4K from its 35mm camera negative. This film, emerging from the cycle of 1970s possession thrillers, is helmed with an emphasis on documentary-like realism and takes great visual advantage of seedy, early 70s New York City. The story follows Joel Delaney, who moves into an apartment inhabited by a serial killer and begins to change, becoming increasingly hostile and aggressive. His sister Norah begins investigating his new lifestyle, plunging her into the world of Espiritismo and the occult. Starring Shirley MacLaine and Perry King. This is the standard edition version and does NOT come with a limited edition slipcase.
