Features

  • Die & Wrench Set: Die Wrench: 30mm x 11mm die stock fits 20mm-30mm outside diameter die / M9-M11 thread die, with 5 adjustable screws Round Die: 3/8-24 UNF threading die with 30mm outside diameter. Die stock, also called die handle or die wrench, are use in round dies only.
  • Application: The die handle wrench set can help to process, correct, clean male threads, or repair damaged bolts and threads, or just remove bolts and threaded rod. Great for re-threading existing threads in hard materials like metal, or making new threads in soft material like plastic.
  • Features: The die holder provides good wear resistance for long service life. With 4 adjustable screws, the die stock can securely hold round dies and is easy to operate. The alloy tool steel die is not loose for conical locking hole and strong locking, with hardness, high torque, good toughness and wear-resistance.
  • Easy to Use: The positioning groove of the die should be aligned with the fastening screw in the middle of the die wrench, and the screw should be inserted into the slot of the die and tightened. The die surface is lubricated with grease to prevent rust.
  • Tips: It needs to be reversed every 1/4~1/2 turn to facilitate the chip discharge from the chip hole. Suitable lubricating oil should be added to the cutting edge of the die when tapping the thread. The bar diameter should be smaller ( about 0.05mm-0.15mm) than the nominal diameter of the required thread.
